Common pricing questions
Is there a free trial?
No. Volinko does not offer a free trial. The plan is $4.99/month, billed by card, and you can cancel anytime.
Can I pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Apple Pay?
Card only, via Stripe, for now. We do not currently accept Alipay, WeChat Pay, or Apple Pay.
Do you offer a money-back guarantee?
If our Terms provide a 30-day guarantee, it applies only to your first subscription payment; non-refundable items are excluded. Please see our Terms of Service for the exact refund terms that apply to your account.
What happens when I reach my SMS or calling limits?
Monthly SMS and minute limits apply to the plan. When you reach a limit, that usage pauses until your next billing cycle. Exact limits are shown in the app. Fair-use daily limits apply: up to 100 SMS, 50 calls, and 120 talk-minutes per day.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. The subscription auto-renews monthly and you can cancel anytime from the Stripe Customer Portal. Your number stays active through the end of the paid period.
