Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Volinko application and related services provided by INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old.

2. Service Description

Volinko provides virtual US telephone numbers with VoIP voice calling and SMS/MMS messaging capabilities. Numbers are provisioned through our licensed CLEC infrastructure. This is an internet-based communications service.

3. E911 IMPORTANT NOTICE

VOLINKO DOES NOT SUPPORT TRADITIONAL 911 OR E911 EMERGENCY CALLING. You should not rely on Volinko for emergency communications. Always maintain access to a traditional phone line or mobile service capable of dialing 911.

4. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Fees and Billing

Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually in US dollars. Premium numbers carry a one-time purchase fee. All applicable taxes will be calculated at checkout. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on subscription plans. Pricing may change with 30 days written notice. Premium number purchases are non-refundable.

6. CPNI Protection

We collect and protect Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) as required by FCC rules (47 CFR § 64.2001-64.2009). CPNI includes call detail records, calling patterns, and service usage data. We will not share your CPNI with third parties without your express consent, except as required by law or to provide the service.

7. TCPA Compliance

You agree to comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA). You shall not use Volinko to make autodialed or prerecorded calls/texts to any number without prior express consent. Violations may result in immediate termination and legal liability.

8. CALEA Compliance

As a licensed telecommunications carrier, INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC complies with the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA). We may be required to provide lawful interception capabilities pursuant to valid court orders.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for illegal activities, spam, robocalls, harassment, fraud, impersonation, or any activity that violates applicable law. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details. Violations result in suspension or termination.

10. Number Ownership and Porting

Phone numbers are licensed to you for the duration of your active subscription. You may port your number out to another carrier at any time, subject to standard porting procedures (1-3 business days). Premium numbers have a 60-day cooldown period before port-out eligibility.

11. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of account closure upon request. Call and SMS metadata is retained for 12 months for service quality and legal compliance. Message content is not stored. Payment records are retained for 7 years per tax requirements.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

13. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS-IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.
