Privacy Policy

INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC d/b/a Volinko ("we", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy complies with applicable US federal and state privacy laws.

1. Information We Collect

Account information (name, email, phone number), usage metadata (call logs, SMS metadata — we do not store message content), payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), device information, IP address, and approximate geolocation for security and fraud prevention.

2. How We Use Information

To provide and maintain the Service, process payments, send service notifications, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with legal obligations (including CALEA and FCC requirements), and improve our products.

3. Data Sharing

We share data only with: Sinch AB (carrier partner for call/SMS delivery), Stripe Inc. (payment processing), and law enforcement agencies when legally required by valid court order or subpoena. We never sell your personal data.

4. CPNI Protection

Your Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) is protected under FCC regulations (47 CFR § 64.2001-64.2009). We will not disclose CPNI to third parties without your express written consent, except as permitted by law.

5. Data Security

TLS 1.3 encryption for data in transit. AES-256 encryption for data at rest. Access restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis. Regular security audits conducted.

6. Data Retention

Account data: retained while subscription is active. Call/SMS metadata: 12 months. Message content: not stored. Payment records: 7 years (tax compliance). Data deleted within 30 days of valid deletion request.

7. Your Rights (All Users)

You have the right to access your personal data, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, export your data in machine-readable format, and opt out of marketing communications. Contact privacy@volinko.com.

8. CCPA/CPRA Rights (California Residents)

California residents have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA): the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of sale (we do not sell data), and the right to non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.

9. GDPR Rights (EU/EEA Residents)

EU/EEA residents have rights under GDPR including data portability, right to restrict processing, right to object, and right to lodge complaints with a supervisory authority. Our legal basis for processing is contract performance and legitimate interest.

10. International Data Transfers

Data may be processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to data transfer to the US, where privacy protections may differ from your jurisdiction.

11. Children

The Service is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If we become aware that a minor has provided data, we will delete it promptly.

12. Changes

We will provide 30 days notice for material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
