Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to all users of Volinko services provided by INFINITUM COMMUNICATIONS, LLC.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Volinko for:

• Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
• Sending unsolicited messages (spam) or making robocalls
• Harassment, threats, or abusive communication
• Fraud, identity theft, or impersonation
• Circumventing verification or security systems
• Reselling the service without written authorization
• Any activity that disrupts our network or degrades service for other users
• Making autodialed or prerecorded calls without TCPA-compliant consent

Fair Use Policy

"Unlimited" plans are subject to fair use. Usage patterns inconsistent with normal personal or business use may result in account review. Typical fair use limits are approximately 10,000 SMS per month and 5,000 calling minutes per month.

Enforcement

Violations of this AUP may result in: written warning, temporary service suspension, permanent account termination, or referral to law enforcement. We may report illegal activity to appropriate authorities. Repeated violations will result in permanent ban.

Reporting Abuse

If you encounter abuse or suspect a violation, please report it to abuse@volinko.com. Include as much detail as possible including the offending number, date/time, and nature of the abuse.
